Submissions Guidelines

At this time we are accepting manuscripts by email to reduce paper use.

1. Please send your manuscript via email as a double-spaced Word document to: editor@sleepyhollowbooks.com
2. Put the working title of your manuscript and your full name in the "Subject" line of your e-mail.
3. Please use page numbers and save a copy of your work.
4. Include a cover letter with your full name, address and telephone number, and a brief biographical sketch; please include your website or blog address if you have one. 
5. If your manuscript is a simultaneous submission, please let us know in your cover letter.
6. You must read our "Terms and Conditions" for Submission and indicate in your cover letter that you have read and accept the Terms by stating: "I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions for Submission, signed (type your full name)."  You can find the Terms and Conditions HERE.

PLEASE NOTE:  These guidelines are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a solicitation of any manuscript, artwork, transparencies, or other material. Submission of any materials shall be done at the author/illustrator's own risk of loss or damage.  Always keep a copy of your project; we are not responsible for any submitted materials. NO MATERIALS SUBMITTED WILL BE RETURNED.
